All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. HEALMANNER does not take responsibility for any untracked parcels that go missing. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. HEALMANNER will help as much as possible to trace a missing parcel, however if untracked shipping is selected, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier. HEALMANNER is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.

For countries outside the EU, dependent on the country and the size of your order, you might be charged import duties, customs fees or VAT, which should be covered by you the receiver.

Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 14 days starting from the day you received your order. If this 14 day period expires, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If you wish to return a product please contact us at HEALMANNER@VGE-COMMERCE.COM and we will guide you through the proccess of returning your order and getting your refund.

If you are located in a country outside of the EU, then you might be charged import duties or customs fees. In case you do not cover this expense and never receive the order you are not eligible to request a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at HEALMANNER@VGE-COMMERCE.COM


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
